March, April and on to May

March was a beautiful month for our family. We began the month by attending Kathy and Quinn Dally's sealing in the Payson Temple. It was wonderful to be in that special place and witness the sealing. It was fun to have the Burnsides and other family visit for that occasion. We were also able to participate in the Provo City Center Temple dedication on the 19th. The last weekend of the month we went to Logan and spent some time with the Kay family for Easter. Easter Eggs with Logan & Sadie Easter Dress With spring here in full force, Kas and the kids began frequent trips to the park, earning the first sunburns and skidded knees of the year. Addie has started sort of sleeping through the night, though she seems to be fighting one of her naps which makes things interesting. She loves sitting up and being entertained by Hinckley and really doesn't like to be alone. Hinckley continues to love reading, and we went to a few construction sites to see the trucks a...

Catching up with 2016 (Christmas, January, & February)

Christmas baby We had a good week with the Burnsides visiting for the holiday. We went to the "Space Camp" as a family which was pretty fun. We also had a cookie competition, saw some things on temple square, watched some movies, and ate some great food. Addie enjoyed being passed around, smiling and laughing all the while. He continues to elicit hilarity out of every situation, and has the ability to command fury and charm in the same breath. Kas and I saw  Star Wars  and enjoyed that quite a bit.  At the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in SLC (Addie is in the bundle) Preparing for the big unwrapping Mega blocks = great Christmas present Christmas dress  My (Greg's) Mom and Dad came over for some New Years partying and Hinckley really loved popping some noise-makers Kas bought....

Halloween, Thanksgiving, and More

Happy December! Hinckley still can't sing, but is is awfully close. We were on a roll this year, blogging once and sometimes twice a month for the first part of the year. And then we had a second child, and I (Greg) started fall semester, and the blog went silent. So, here is quick review of the last couple months. Two munchkins all buckled up Pumpkin patch Dino at the church Halloween Party In early October Kassie's mother came to visit. We enjoyed going to the pumpkin patch and Hinckley had loads of fun playing in the corn kernels. Kas and I finally went and saw Inside Out which we really loved. Grandpa Halverson had his 95th birthday! What a great man. Hinckley and I got to meet President Uchtorf (one of the leaders of the LDS church) when we went up to see Grandpa walk in a Christmas parade and speak at the This Is The Place  monument village.  Addie with Grandpa H Little bear and her Mom Halloween was a blast, something about having ...
